Good questions.
Clear answers.
What is a Utah SSE number?
Utah’s Sales Special Event Taxpayer ID (SSE) identifies a vendor for special-event tax registration. Utah says vendors must provide this number to each event promoter under its requirements effective April 2025. We collect your business/owner name, address, phone, products, email, and SSE details for vendor reporting.
I’m a new vendor. How do I get my SSE number?
Email specialevent@utah.gov to request Utah’s vendor application. You may select “I’m applying / awaiting my number” when reserving, then provide your SSE number before participating. Booking payment does not complete your tax registration. For exemptions or questions, contact the Utah Special Events Unit at 801-297-6303. See Utah’s official special-event guidance.
Is Cria Collective for new businesses?
Yes. Our community is especially focused on emerging small businesses. Review the requirements for each market to see whether your products and setup are a fit.
What does a vendor spot include?
Each market’s detail page will explain the space, amenities, setup arrangements, and what you need to bring. Inclusions may vary by venue and spot type.
How much does it cost?
Prices will be listed alongside spot options for each confirmed market. Review your total and any applicable charges before paying.
When is my reservation confirmed?
A reservation is confirmed only after your payment and booking have been verified. Your confirmation will include the event and next steps; an incomplete or canceled checkout does not reserve a spot.
What if a market is full?
Check the market page for availability and any waitlist information. You can also contact us to ask about future opportunities.
What is the cancellation policy?
Plans change—we understand! Cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the event for a full refund. For Fall Market, that’s by November 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time. Call 435-218-6456 or email criacollectiveco@gmail.com with your booking reference and we’ll help you take care of it.
Can I come as a shopper?
Absolutely. Confirmed market pages will include the location, opening hours, and any visitor information. Come discover small businesses and meet the people behind them.
Bring what you’re building.
Your next step doesn’t have to be a big one—it can start with showing up. Bring your ideas, your products, and your excitement. We can’t wait to grow alongside you!
